At Baracuta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return any unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all authentic Baracuta tags and labels are still attached to the garments.
Ship the Item
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
